Who we are

IMF Intelligence Services ("IMF", "we") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Information Officer: NAME & EMAIL — CONFIRM.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, phone number, email address, the service you need, dates, locations and any information you include in your message. Our web server also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To plan and deliver the services you engage us for.
  • To keep this website secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who sees it

Your information is shared only with IMF staff who need it to respond to you or deliver your services, and with service providers who host our website and email under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law and our contractual obligations.

Security

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is restricted to authorised staff.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing by emailing info@imf-intelligence.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
